Elizabeth "Betty"CHARLTONCHARLTON Elizabeth "BETTY" (Née Bambro) With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Betty, aged 92.

Devoted mother of Stephen, Elizabeth, David, and Caroline; cherished grandmother of Rebecca and Adam; and loving wife of the late Malcolm.

Betty passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday 17th August 2025 at St Bedes Hospice, Gateshead.

Her funeral will take place at 1pm on Monday 15th September at St Helens Church, Low Fell.

We kindly request family flowers only, with any donations to St Helens Church.
